Planning and design expand upon the success of a shopping centre completed on this site in 2016, extending its influence into an adjacent parcel through a comprehensive masterplan. The development builds upon the established commercial momentum to create a cohesive mixed-use district.

SCOPE

The masterplan introduces a new town centre composed of two office towers, four residential buildings, a retail boulevard, a sculptural pavilion, and a man-made lake. The district organizes commercial, residential, and public realm elements into an integrated and identifiable framework.

SOLUTIONS

Organic geometry inspired by the original shopping centre informs the spatial organization and architectural language of the new district. A central water feature and sculptural pavilion anchor the public realm, while a layered mix of uses fosters long-term vitality and positions the development as a catalyst for continued growth.
