Master Planning and Architectural Design Concept of a Major mixed use development proposed as a key feature for the revitalization of the downtown area of Rio de Janeiro. SCOPE

Comprehensive masterplanning and architectural design for a large-scale mixed-use development encompassing multiple residential, office, and multi-use towers, extensive retail space across three levels, above-ground parking, and the creation of an outdoor sheltered park and lifestyle area as part of a major downtown revitalization initiative.

SOLUTIONS

Proposed an integrated development strategy to revitalize a key downtown area by combining diverse urban functions, maximizing space utilization with multi-story towers and retail, and enhancing public life through the inclusion of a dedicated outdoor park and lifestyle zone.
