SCOPE

Masterplanning and integration of diverse urban functions, including high-density residential, commercial offices, a large-scale shopping center, a transit hub, specialized retail, and extensive public park and entertainment facilities.

SOLUTIONS

Creation of a cohesive urban environment that maximizes transit accessibility, fosters community engagement through diverse amenities and green spaces, and provides a sustainable framework for high-density living and commerce. Working closely with the broader community and Indigenous communities to achieve a culturally sensitive and community-oriented place that genuinely serves its residents.
