El Derby External Plaza sits at the base of a new office tower also designed by DESIGNCORP international. A terraced garden was designed to introduce lush greenery which will create a strong attraction in this dry area of Lima, Peru. This open space also creates visibility and access to lower-level retail and adds value to the entire project.
