Designcorp led the transformation of Pátio Ciane into an engaging public destination—developing a master plan, architectural design, and landscape integration. The project included retail units, dining areas, leisure zones, and lush outdoor spaces to foster social interaction and community vitality.

SOLUTIONS

The design strategically clusters retail and dining around a central landscaped courtyard, creating an active heart for social life. Pathways and plazas connect seamlessly across levels, enhancing circulation and gathering spaces. Thoughtful integration of green zones, seating, and shade structures fosters a welcoming atmosphere, while flexible build-outs allow for pop-up events and seasonal activations—ensuring the project can grow with community needs.
